If you use bottles buy a microwave steriliser, or if you have the space, a plug in steam steriliser, very easy to use, no chemicals. These reduce wind, are very slow feeding, sturdier plastic than others. Available in Mothercare and John Lewis and direct off the web. To help when changing nappies, have something colourful and bright over the changing mat. We used a very large happy caterpillar. Our baby loves it.
